No surprise booking fees
Your checkout total will show the nightly rate, required cleaning, any selected pet fees, and lodging taxes before you pay.
One cleaning charge per reservation. Applicable lodging tax is added.
Charged once for each approved pet—not per night. Applicable lodging tax is added.
12% local lodging tax plus Oregon’s 1.5% state lodging tax.

Only when something happens
After-stay charges may apply only when incurred—for documented damage (including pet damage), excessive cleaning, smoking, unapproved pets or guests, late checkout, missing items, or other violations of the signed house rules. Any charge will follow the rental agreement and reflect the documented cost of the issue.
House rules
Pets: $50 per pet, per stay (only where pets are allowed).
Damages and extra cleaning: Guests are responsible for any damage to the home, furnishings or property during their stay, including incidental damage. Any additional damages will be calculated and billed to the guest. This includes extra cleaning or repair time caused by not following the checkout procedures or house rules, such as pets on furniture or bedding.
How taxes apply: lodging tax is calculated on the taxable reservation total, including nightly rent, required cleaning, and pet charges. Sail Away and Beach Escape remit the 12% local portion to Lincoln County; The Getaway remits the 12% local portion to Lincoln City.
